GIFT CERTIFICATE TERMS AND PROCESS

- What you are buying. Gift certificates may be purchased either as a dollar amount or for a specific named service. A certificate is a prepayment for Tiny Kids Consulting LLC educational services and may be redeemed only by an eligible recipient (an adult, age 18 or older, residing in the United States).
- No expiration, no fees. Gift certificates do not expire and are not subject to any service, dormancy, or inactivity fees. This complies with New York General Business Law Section 396-i.
- Service-specific certificates. A certificate purchased for a named service will be honored for that service even if the listed price later changes. If the recipient chooses a different service, the certificate’s purchase price applies as a dollar credit toward that service.
- Redemption requires the standard booking process. Services are provided only after the recipient completes our booking process, including the pre-session questionnaire, screening questions, and acceptance of the Client Services Agreement, Liability Waiver, and, for group sessions, the Group Session Addendum. A gift certificate is not itself an agreement to provide services to any particular person.
- If we cannot serve the recipient. If we decline to provide services based on the recipient’s screening responses, or the recipient is ineligible, the certificate remains available for use by another eligible recipient, or the purchaser may request a refund of the unused certificate value.
- Cancellation of a booked session. A session booked using a gift certificate is subject to the cancellation terms of the Client Services Agreement. Where a refund is due, the value is restored to the certificate, less any late cancellation fee that applies.
- Cash redemption. Certificates are not redeemable or exchangeable for cash, except that, as provided by New York General Business Law Section 396-i, a certificate with a remaining value of less than five dollars may be redeemed for its cash value on request.
- Lost codes. Treat the certificate code like cash. We may reissue a code with proof of purchase.
